Shipping Information

When will I receive my order?

It may take between 4-14 business days to receive your order. Orders received after 1PM PST will be processed the next day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (available on all methods of shipping).

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only accept orders for delivery within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment Information

Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept international credit card payments for orders shipping to the United States, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Where can I buy American Crew products?

We are available in a number of different retailers across the globe. If you are in the US, please visit our store locator to find your nearest location. If you are located elsewhere please find your country specific page and visit the Store Locator.

Why is my favorite product discontinued?

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. We are happy to assist in finding you a new alternate favorite. Please email us at contact@americancrew.com so that we may further assist you.

Can you use multiple promotional codes on one

No, you can only use one promo code per order. The rules of each promotion will be included in the individual terms and conditions or you may contact us at contact@americancrew.com for more information on promotions.

I'm having trouble checking out. What can I do?

First please check to make sure that all required fields have been filled out.

If your transaction has been declined, credit card vendors may decline transactions for a variety of reasons due to automated systems that determine whether or not to accept a charge. If your card is declined, we recommend trying another card, if you have one, or contacting your credit card provider to find out more information.

Orders and Returns

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Email us at contact@americancrew.com a immediately. We may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order online you will an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. This will include your order tracking number. Track your shipment by clicking on the Track order link. If you have an American Crew account you can also track your order status in My Account.

Why was my order canceled?

Your order may have been cancelled if your financial institution did not allow the transaction to be completed or if the shipping address entered was invalid. How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service team at contact@americancrew.com.

It's best to reach out as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change orders. Once the order ships, we can’t recall or cancel orders. We can only cancel or change orders that have not yet been processed.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We are confident you will love your American Crew products! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

We will not cover the cost for return shipping.

Steps to Returning a Product:

1. Email us at contact@americancrew.com with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

FIBER

High hold with low shine Fiber-like, resinous product helps thicken, texturize and increase fullness to hair. Provides a strong, pliable hold with a matte finish. Works well in shorter hair, 1-3 inches in length.

FIBER CREAM

Fibrous cream with medium hold and natural shine A styling cream that combines flexibility with control, gives your hair refined texture and a natural shine finish.

FORMING CREAM

Medium hold with medium shine Easy to use styling cream works well for all hair types. Forming Cream provides hold, excellent pliability, and a natural shine. This product also helps hair look thicker and is ideal for easing new users into the potential of styling jar products.

DEFINING PASTE

Medium hold with low shine For added texture or increased definition. Beeswax provides a natural, pliable hold for various lengths. Wax-like consistency provides a matte finish while still remaining easy to distribute through hair. Defining Paste is similar to Fiber in texture and effects but is easier to use and distribute through hair. It can also be used in hair that's beyond 2'' in length.
